Adoption day is usually a big day for both my rats, my clients and I; that being said its often a very packed day and we push to have everyone's questions and concerns addressed. I instruct my clients when to come and how we proceed that day, this is so my stress is reduced! I Do NOT like when people are super early or super late, I understand that traffic can be a funny thing so 10-15 minutes early or late is alright as long as we keep in contact. I give adopters my work number and my work email, I even have facebook messenger for my page; I do expect people to let me know when they are late, or early so I can deal with them according. I can't have more then one client at location at a time becuase I like to insure they are 100% set on everything they need to know, so I am more then far to let my clients pick a time they would like that day. However remember I have other clients and the first to reply back with the time they would like is the time they will be getting regardless how much you may want it.
I do as much as I can to make sure my rats are going to the best homes possible, and with that yes I do have to deal with people. I breed for myself first, and what ever I do not see fitting into my breeding will go out to adoption. Not the other way around, so clients need to remember that they must work around my plans and not just feel free to make up their own.
